Not a replacement for 911

Xigen assists with communication to people who care about you. It does not operate emergency dispatch services and does not guarantee that alerts, messages, or calls will be delivered or that help will arrive. If you need immediate professional assistance, contact your local emergency number directly.

SMS alerts to trusted contacts

When you add a trusted contact, Xigen may send that phone number SMS alerts related to your account (e.g. emergency SOS notifications and safety check-in alerts) once they've opted in.
