End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and DGZ Studios governing your use of the HomeBase Community Hub mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA. This EULA covers your license to use the App itself; it works alongside our Terms of Service, which govern your conduct and content on the HomeBase platform, and our Privacy Policy, which explains how your information is handled.

License grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, DGZ Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for your own personal, non-commercial use in connection with HomeBase.

What you may not do

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App or any part of it.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices (trademarks, copyright notices) on or within the App.
• Use the App to build a competing product or service, or in any way not authorized by this EULA.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any residency-verification, security, or moderation feature of the App.

Ownership

The App — including its design, source code, graphics, branding, and all related intellectual property — is owned by DGZ Studios and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. This EULA does not grant you any ownership interest in the App. Content you create within HomeBase (posts, comments, marketplace listings) remains governed by our Terms of Service, not by this section.

Third-party services

The App relies on third-party services to function, including Google Firebase (authentication, data storage), Google and Microsoft sign-in, and device location services used only for the one-time residency check described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms.

Updates

We may release updates to the App from time to time, including bug fixes, new features, or security improvements. Depending on your device settings, updates may install automatically. We may also discontinue or modify features of the App at any time.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. We may also suspend or terminate your access to the App for conduct that violates our Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from your devices.

No warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DGZ Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your download, installation, or use of the App.

Changes to this agreement

We may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised agreement.
