Terms of Service

Overview

By downloading, installing, or using Receevo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Receevo is operated by TrexBusiness LLC and distributed under the DGZ Productivity umbrella.

Using Receevo

You must use Receevo legally and responsibly. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the receipts you store and any actions taken based on that data. Receevo is intended for personal and small business receipt management only.

Account & Device Linking

Receevo uses Firebase Authentication, linked to the sign-in method you choose (Google, Microsoft, or email/password). If you reinstall the app or switch devices using the same account, your receipt history reconnects automatically. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Paid Features

The free plan includes cloud backup, limited to 25 total receipts on a single active device. The Individual (PRO) plan removes the receipt limit and unlocks instant smart search, category filtering, CSV export, and bulk upload. All subscriptions are billed and managed through the Google Play Store and are subject to Google's billing and refund policies. We do not store payment information.

Free Version & Advertising

The free version of Receevo is supported by advertising. By using the free version you agree that Google AdMob may display ads within the app. Users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland will be shown a consent prompt before personalized ads are served, and may choose non-personalized ads at any time.

Upgrading to the Individual (PRO) plan permanently removes all ads.

Prohibited Activities

• Uploading unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful content
• Attempting to access, modify, or harm another user's data
• Abusing or overloading cloud storage resources
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code
• Reselling or redistributing the app or its features

Service Availability

Receevo may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or events outside our control. We are not liable for interruptions, data unavailability, or losses resulting from service downtime.

Account Closure & Permanent Data Deletion

You may permanently delete your account and all associated data directly within the app via Settings → About → Delete My Data/Account, or by submitting a deletion request to us. Either way, all receipts, images, category data, and associated information are permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems. No archived or backup copies are retained beyond what is minimally required for fraud prevention or legal compliance. This action cannot be undone.

Intellectual Property

Receevo, its name, logo, design, features, and all associated content are the property of TrexBusiness LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or redistribute any portion of the app or its branding without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Receevo is provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrexBusiness LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, lost profits, or damages resulting from your use of or inability to use Receevo.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of Receevo after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which TrexBusiness LLC is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable jurisdiction.
